I read somewhere that this is called an infinity knot, but I looked that up and found nothing. Any help (even just the correct name) would be greatly appreciated)

This weekend I've been trying to make a dent in my massive collection of jewelry supplies, and most of that went into earrings. I really like how these turned out!
