1  Fat Bottom Bag in Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller by englishcaptain on: April 20, 2010 09:03:11 PM
I'm fairly new to crocheting, and I love Debbie Stoller's book! This is my version of her fat bottom bag.

Following another person's recommendation in this forum, I used http://crochetkel.blogspot.com/2006/10/sew-you-wanna-line-your-fat-bottom-bag.html  for the lining instructions.

The colors in the second photo are the most accurate.

2  Totoro Picture Frame in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by englishcaptain on: April 20, 2010 08:55:40 PM
Everybody loves Totoro! I sketched everything on tracing paper before transferring the images to the wooden frame. I drew Totoro separately on a thin piece of pine (found in the model airplane aisle at Michael's) and then glued him to the main frame. The little bugs and critters along the side are from the opening credits of the movie.

Many apologies in advance if the Japanese characters aren't 100% correct. I tried copying them from a Japanese movie poster for Totoro, but the image was kinda blurry.
