Briarwood Community Garage Sale This Weekend!  Great Deals!  Hope to see you there! 

All right, I was at Wal Mart and I saw some really nice yarn for 60% off!  Of course, I grabbed it and bought it before I could think twice about it.  I don't knit or crochet, ect really.  I mean, I can do a decent knit and purl stitch, I can decrease, increase, cast on and bind off.  Crochet?  I can crochet a very long chain!  Anyway, I got home, and I didn't know how to use the yarn so I decided I would improve my crocheting skills.  I borrowed a crochet book from my mom and tried to make a square.  I ended up with a mess of yarn.  Then I tried a circle. . . and failed. I asked my sister, my mom for tips, looked for tutorials on Google. . .
I ended up using half of the skein before my stubborn self finally gave up.  In total, I made eight 'squares' and five 'circles'.  Oh well, I had fun, right?  

I'm starting a small community business and I need a name for it.  I'm selling some random stuff:  greeting cards, bags, teddy bears and polymer clay bracelets/figures.  I have narrowed my choices down to two names.  What do you think is the most original?

Hi.  Fellow Craftsters, I need your help!  I want to make a poppet and I got the pattern from Ghilie.  On the weekend, I went shopping for fabric, ect. and I couldn't find what I needed.  I live in Saskatchewan, Canada.  Now, I know Saskatchewan doesn't exactly have a variety of supplies, but I can not find safety eyes anywhere!    I have read that lots of people use alova (or is it alove?) suede for their poppets, but the stores didn't have it.  Do I have any options besides buying some fabric and eyes online, or out of town?  Thanks in advance for all of your help!
