11  CANADA / Saskatchewan / Re: How Many Of Us In Saskatchewan? on: April 24, 2010 04:22:49 PM
Saskatoon!   Grin  So I'm not the only Saskatchewan-ian, cool!  I thought everyone around here was like "In Canada?  Where in Canada?. . . oh, Sascatchiwin!  The part of Calgary, right?"
12  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Re: ATC's Sweet & Dream on: April 24, 2010 10:40:04 AM
Both of them are awesome, but I agree, 'Sweet' is my favorite!

I'm speechless!  Wow, I love the outfit (especially the sleeves) and the hair+eyes!  And the embroidery on the back and the arms!  I wish I could embroider like that!  (I know, I had a lot of '!'s)

15  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: Lab Geek String Doll Keychain on: April 23, 2010 07:17:23 PM
This is awesome!  I made one of these a year ago when I saw a vending machine full of them.  I was like "Two bucks?  I can make one of these for free".  I only made two and then I stopped because the string was frustrating.  I should have used a wire frame too!  Great idea!
16  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Crafty Business Discussion / Naming My Buisness on: April 23, 2010 07:08:41 PM
I'm starting a small community business and I need a name for it.  I'm selling some random stuff:  greeting cards, bags, teddy bears and polymer clay bracelets/figures.  I have narrowed my choices down to two names.  What do you think is the most original?
Know-It-All
Purple Peppers
In addition, if you can think of any other names, it would be greatly appreciated!   Smiley

(If this in the wrong place, I will gladly move it, no problem!)
17  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Craftalongs / Re: The Ongoing Poppet-Along on: April 22, 2010 11:00:09 PM
Getting closer. . . page seven hunderd n' fifty!  And about the poppet:  Do you sew on the freezer papper or around the freezer papper?  Does it matter?  I'm not at that stage yet, but I'm just wondering.

I went and bought some fabric today.  Velour works well, right?  Just checking to make sure. . .

Hello everyone!  Update:  I am now at page 695.  I think I'll read five more pages before I go and do some cleaning.  That means only 317 more pages to go after that!  Yay!   Grin I hope this thread doesn't end before I finish. . .
20  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Heatable sock cat (with tute and lots of pics) on: April 19, 2010 04:13:54 PM
Yes! Throwing a cat in the microwave is a much more effective heat source then candles and blankets and curses.
...er...A sock cat, I mean... heh...  Grin
Hee-Hee!  JOL!   Grin
