I was addicted to finger knitting with the best of them as a child but how does one knit or purl while using this technique? is it taking the lower loop forward on one stitch and back on the next? (or something like that?)

I've been surfing crafster for a week. bookmarking projects, wishing I could click "this rocks" on so many of them but not wanting to navigate away from the page in order to sign up... but no more...
HAD to ask (beg/beseech/entreat/adjure/press/conjure/plead) for the tute on how to do this

I've wanted a floor loom since I was 9 and got to weave a scarf on my mother's friend's floor loom.
