1  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Handmade calendars? on: October 09, 2007 07:21:42 PM
I want to make handmade calendars for my friends and family this year, and need ideas. I am more concerned with the making of the actual grid/dates part-- how should I make this, without printing it on a computer, and have it come out looking clean and professional, and reproduce-able for 15-20 finished calendars?

I am planning on doing it mostly with block printing, some collage and/or paper art. Any ideas for the art part of it?

Advice much appreciated!
2  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Enameled copper tray on: July 03, 2007 11:19:38 PM
I made this tray at folk camp last month in a copper enameling craft. I was going for a Georgia O'Keeffe feel. For the most part, the purple is all accidental burn marks that happened while I was firing the back, but which I really liked. This was my first copper enameling project that turned out, I'm pretty excited!

5  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Most disgusting food? on: April 04, 2005 11:11:24 PM
My boyfriend's dad has decided that he want to throw a gross-food party for the sole purpose of making a recipe he has for Beef Cookies.
Whatever Beef Cookies are.

So, if you were coming, what would you bring?
6  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Suggest New Boards and New Features / Craftster Store? on: March 18, 2005 08:09:48 PM
We should start a Craftster-exclusive store. People can put up their one-of a kinds for sale here and either have it be like a regular store or an auction site...  (I hope this hasn't already been suggested)... what do you think?
7  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Craftster Itself / Why can't I reply to some threads? on: February 20, 2005 12:07:00 AM
There have been a few threads that I can't post replies to-- I click around and there is a "reply" icon on the boards before and after, but not all of them. Why is that?
8  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Easy hair styles? on: February 03, 2005 11:08:08 AM
I have medium-long hair (right under shoulder blades), and am running out of ideas of what to do with it. My hair was really short for the longest time... I am looking for directions (and pictures, maybe) of how to put hair up, or down I guess. I don't know how to do a french twist or anything. Modern, vintage, anything would be nice. Thanks and much love!!   -Kiell
