From an angel to a scarf...   This yarn was sent from clumsy_momma, angel for a swap.  Here is what I made from it:



...a totally fun pattern and I am already working on another w/two more planned...

I'm surprised I don't have something new to post in here every other week! 

Short story: 1 ball of left-over yarn, 1 'found' easy looking slipper pattern and here are the results:



there it is all knit up according to pattern(little slip of yellow paper)
Funky shape, right? *I think so!*



One end worked up to form a toe...OK...but the other end I couldn't figure out to save my life! So I stitched up the back and cut off the extra(it looks like a footprint...=]

...plenty more slipper patterns out there that work up easily and can help me destash extra yarn!!

Details:
I went two rows beyond what the pattern called for...so it turned out quite a bit larger on the base(and all around).
Therefore, I decreased the number of stitches on the way up the side then added loop and openings for the loop to go thru...the loop becomes the handle for my version of a pretty scrap-destash bag! 

I've cut up some cotton fabrics for a quilt top...Brick by Brick is the pattern.  It is 4"x 7 1/2" blocks.
In my color scheme I've found some chintz fabric that would go really nicely...but will it affect the end product if I add it in??  It seems to be a much sturdier fabric than the others and I'm not sure how it will quilt up.

Should I save it for another project?  Any help would be Really Apprciated!
