Just wanted to point out that April is Autism Awareness month and it would be neat to make something to raise money for your local organization. (like if you have a Etsy shop or craft booth or even just sell to friends) One national organization I like that has local chapters is the Autism Society of America.

They go out of their way to include not just parents, but also people like me who are on the Autism spectrum. They provide a free resource library for anybody (Which some books can be over $40, so this library is very helpful to families), advocate for increased services to families and individuals, spread awareness, provide respite, offer support and social activities, and much more. I really respect them and feel they respect me. (I've been included just as much as doctors and parents)
If you need any info about autism, want ideas, or just want to chat, feel free to contact me. I'm new to Craftster, but I blog at
