Hi all. This is me checking in. I should be mailing on Saturday. My work hours stink right now so I can't get to the post office until then. :/

Hey. I'm working on my swaps. I've found some nifty owl things in my stash to use. Its funny, I never like using my cool craft supplies to make things for myself, I like saving them to make for other people.
3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: a steampunk swap, anyone? on: December 10, 2007 01:03:25 PM
I would totally sign up for this. I've just realized what steampunk was recently when a totally amazing steampunk wedding was featured on offbeat bride. Heres the link: http://offbeatbride.com/2007/12/a-steampunk-wedding

Heres my next 2! #54 Tower and #70 67%. I googled the term "67 percent" and came up with that statistic from a survey done by Sealey mattress company. Cute, huh? I hope you like them!

Wow, I love the angel series. Beautiful. I have some of those metal triangle hanger things in my tool box, I never would have thought of them for charms.

Here is my December inspired one called "Sleigh Bells". It started life as a Christmas card from my Mom last year. There are 2 pictures of it so that you can see the texture of the items that I used.

I hope you like it!  Cheesy

9  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Questions about ATCs on: December 06, 2007 02:21:22 PM
Hi all. I'm new to ATCs. I made my first one for have2craft for the OTT swap and now am totally addicted. Heres a link to it: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=209203.msg2272183#msg2272183
I've made 2 more (which I'm going to post pictures of later today) and have a question:

My fiance collected baseball cards as a kid and has hundreds. He has given his blessing for me to recycle them into ATCs. I know that you should sign and date the back of the card; on a baseball card, would I just sign over the design? Or actually glue a seperate piece of paper on the back with my info?  Also, with playing cards or baseball cards, do people usually leave the face of the card exposed on the back or the generic card back exposed? I'm probably over thinking this I know. TIA for the help!
