1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Two breastfeeding-friendly dresses on: March 04, 2014 04:06:04 PM
That's such a lovely idea! I have several dresses that I don't really get to wear right now because of breastfeeding, though since we're in the process of cutting down on the daytime breastfeeds, I will be able to soon. Ran across this a little late for actually giving it a try, but I love the second dress you made just because. Beautiful work!
2  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Butterfly Dress on: July 11, 2013 12:00:50 PM
I made this a month or two ago as I'm having a baby next month and wanted to give sewing baby clothes a try. I found the tutorial at http://www.made-by-rae.com/2008/04/free-itty-bitty-baby-dress-pattern/. It's an easy pattern, so I might try doing another one at some point.

Pretty! I've seen the tutorial but haven't given it a try yet.

So cute and comfy-looking!
5  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: tie dye hoodies on: July 11, 2013 11:46:10 AM
I keep meaning to try tie-dyeing again--I haven't done it since I was a kid and that was with much supervision. I have an indigo tie-dye kit sitting around but it has a lot of dye in it so I keep waiting until I have some completed things to dye so I can use it all up in one go.

I love the random look your kids came up with--very appealing.

Beautiful work. I love the jacket and hat.

8  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: where are the cloth diapers around here? photo obese! on: July 11, 2013 11:15:48 AM
I'd love to see a tutorial for the fitted diaper--I have a few of them and have been trying to reverse-engineer the pattern.
9  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: Lunch with the Princess' on: July 11, 2013 11:13:21 AM
Wow! Awesome dress, and definitely way more interesting than some of the Disney Princess dresses I've seen.

That's a neat dress. It looks so comfortable. Does the pattern come in adult sizes too?
