11  Re: November Ongoing Pinterest Swap in ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED by szuzu1969 on: November 09, 2012 12:53:23 PM
Hi my name is Susan. I live in the midwest and we are gearing up for the holidays just like most everyone else. My family has had some rough times the last few months and I am going to be required to do a homemade Christmas. I would very much appreciate anyone choosing me to see if the kids stuff inspires you. I have a 6 year old and twin 3 year olds, all are girls. They are my life and my joy and I welcome any and all efforts to help them keep believing in Santa Claus. Thanks so much I look forward to crafting for you as well. Pinterest is my favorite as you will be able to tell from how many pins I have.

I love the pink and the stained glass door.

And if I could get my craft room that organized I would be a super craftster. I really like the house darkladymajesty it is perfect. I loved the siding and the door and the key.

My kitten loved it too lol it is now hanging in my kitchen. Thanks again.

Hi everyone still here I am sorry it took so long to post my last two ATCs. Ma Rut sent me Oxy Moron "Office Park" I agree completely with her interpretation.

And here is one from Oyhana she chose my tarot category and went with 10 of pentacles.

 I love both of these.

Okay I wanted to post a gallery of my new ATCs but snail mail is not being kind.
Here is the first one I received it is called Circles

its from loves2experiment and I think it is fabooo!!!

The next one is orange from kartiana and she is right I just have to smile every time I look at it. It is so cheerful.

Fate and Destiny from goldsheepbowl is the next one. I love the clouds and the ethereal feeling of it. Thanks so much.

Time for Fairies is the title of the one from krafty-karasu it is by far the most elegant card. You can't see it but the clock has hands that say 5:05 which are my house numbers. She is so clever.

tcmatteson sent me Whedonverse and used three different shows to have a conversation. In the first panel Buffy is talking to Caleb and says "If someone didn't know you them might think you were a woman hating JERK!" Caleb aka Super hero aka Sir says "I hope to set an example, you know for children and stuff." and then Space Cowgirl states "Sir, I think you have a problem with your brain missing..." I love it and a very creative way to use Whedonverse.

Well that is what I have so far there is one or two more out there I think and I will post when I get them.  I loved this swap and will be signing up again soon.

15  Re: One tiny polymer clay thing gallery in The Swap Gallery by szuzu1969 on: August 06, 2010 09:36:01 AM
Sorry it has taken so long to get these pics up. I love my one tiny polymer clay thing. My partner took it straight from my wists. An altoid box flowers and rainbows. It is adorable and she said it was her first swap so I am glad I got this lucky. It is the proud home of my ATCs now and sits on my shelf in my room. Thanks again and here are the pics.

This is it open.

This is the cover see the cute flowers each made individually.

Here is a close up of the texture on the grass too sweet!

And she even did the bottom with cute little button feet. I love the whole thing.

Here is what Ivagrovegirl sent me

she knew that I love color and sent me the most bestest tea towels ever.

She embroidered them as well so it is an emily original. I love the ice cream and the flowers.

Also the pot holder is just beautiful and will fit into the the yellow kitchen quite well.

These were the perfect color thanks so much Emily.

Oh and there was a picture frame in there too but the post office was not kind to it in the least. I was completely ruined I was soooo disappointed but thank goodness everything else was soooo awesome.

Here are the items I sent to my swap partner. I got plain boxes for a dollar each yay and used stash markers and a little investigation to make boxes just for her.

Emily is very into sewing and likes star trek her dog is named Kirk so I tried to stay with those ideas.

Since my drawing and stuff are not all that I wanted to make something that would look a bit nicer.

I got the wood with a different look and then a little sewing kit and this is what they combined to be.

I hope she liked them it was my first swap and I hope not too elementary. Susan
