1  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Re: Euro Pro 8260 - does ANYONE own this machine besides me? on: November 06, 2008 08:01:08 AM
I had my husband (not a sewer, but a logical/mechanical brain unlike mine) look and he agrees I probably bought the wrong piece.  I'm going to try to scan the diagrram too - but it may take a few days because my scanner is at home and online time with an 18-month-old is somewhat hard to come by Wink
2  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / Euro Pro 8260 - does ANYONE own this machine besides me? on: October 30, 2008 08:24:16 AM
I am grasping at straws because I have become totally convinced that I am the only person in the universe who owns this machine. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to install a zipper foot on it - there was supposedly one that came with it that I can no longer find, so I bought this one:

The instruction manual gives the oh-so-helpful advice of "see diagram." Well, said diagram is impossible to figure out.

UGH!  If by some chance there is some poor soul out there that owns this machine, please help!

4  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Suggest New Boards and New Features / Unread posts - narrow by category? on: November 30, 2006 12:59:03 PM
The "narrow by category feature" seen under Hot New Topics is really cool.  is there any way it can be set up to appear under "Recent Posts" or "All unread posts" so you can narrow the posts you've missed to only the topics you want to see?

Hi. I'm mostly a lurker here (my day job keeps me far too busy to keep up with the craftster world anymore unfortunately) but I would totally love to join a SNB.  I'm right in GR (west side, close to downtown) so it might be a hike, but it would be worth it!
6  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: Opinions on Candle Creations candle making machine... on: August 17, 2005 09:21:14 AM
I have one, and the sad thing is I haven't taken it out of the box yet.  Maybe I will this weekend and I can be the sole reviewer Smiley
7  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Music to Craft By Swap on: May 04, 2005 06:26:30 PM
I decided to do this in two posts so it wouldn't be too massive.
Bacontango's mix is great nostalgic fun!  I have so many memories attached to these bands (specifically ween, Gomez, Pizzicato Five, Mephiskapheles and Travis). The track list makes me so happy.

Yay! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

hi guys -
I've been away from Craftster for a few weeks...but I'm a NW-sider who'd like to maybe join you guys.  I may not be able to make it every week but I'm willing to try!

Plus it gives me an excuse to go to Threadbender Smiley
10  KNITTING / Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller / Re: To Dye For sweater on: March 15, 2005 09:39:43 AM
hi -
I'm working on this sweater also.  I am AMAZED by how fast it is going - I got the entire back done this weekend while on a long car ride!
Wish me luck!  It's my first sweater!
