We could practice on these a little scary dolls!  I hope there's someone that would organize as I'm not good at organizing!

Just look up Junker Jane dolls on here, there's several & very good! Here's a few!

5  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Bias tape Fabric Wallets on: July 14, 2015 07:03:24 PM
I've been kind of wanting to make the old Style of the 80's bias tape fabric wallets! I have the pattern. There are a few 0nline that I found. Also On eBay "Fabric Wallet and Purse Accessories by Lynn Paulin" for $1.99 which is cheaper than I bought it in the 80's! Mine was $3.50. I think you could almost change any wallet pattern into a bias tape wallet.
It could be a wallet size sewing kit, or manicure kit, or crayon & pad for a child kit, or things for your I pod & cell phone could fit too, etc.! I think it would be fun!  The only thing I would like this wallet/? to be is the use of bias tape!

We could say a bias tape wallet/? maybe with 3 to 5 things to put in it! We haven't had one of those for awhile at least I haven't seen one! I don't organize I would get all messed up! So if someone is willing to organize I would appreciate it! I will see if anyone is interested. We could wait till middle or end of August or September doesn't matter to me!

This one has a zipper in it. You can change things around or totally different.

Like this one, a coupon wallet  I made for someone I work with back then. It's a little harder to do, but not to bad!

These are some I made long time ago & used by me!

This one is open to show the inside!
Also you can quilt your own fabric or buy already quilted fabric & buy or make your own bias tape!
So What does everyone think?  I think it would be lots of fun! Here below are some bias tape wallets I found on line! Hope that helps!

6  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / "How about recycle bag swap" on: April 08, 2014 02:03:19 PM
Say anyone up to do a recycle bag swap. I don't organized I would make a mess of it HA! But I've wanted to do a recycle bag. I would like to make one out of plastic bags & knit or crotchet it. I think it's called plarn, plastic grocery bags made into yarn not sure. I think that would be fun. Maybe as an extra we could make Morsbags or coin pouches, coupon holders etc.  The main bag would be the recycle bag!                     What do you all think!!
7  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / This from the "Huge, Giant & Enormous Swap! on: March 29, 2014 11:38:37 AM
I made this Axolotl or newt for "gotgrey" In the "Huge, Giant & Enormous Swap"  I couldn't find a pattern unless I bought one & I didn't want to do that when I can make my own, so that's what I did. It took me awhile but I got it done & then cut it out & sewed it & a lot of hand sewing!  I don't think I ever made such a big thing in all life HA!! It was fun making it though. I made the mouth so it was a pocket & the tongue was one too & it came off with velcro. I put on the zipper pull her initial. OK here are the pics:

I had a lot of fun making her & my partner really like her! Thanks for looking!
8  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / "Make a purse & fill it" on: August 07, 2013 12:51:18 PM

Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone would like to  "Make a Purse or maybe a Wallet & fill it". There was one I was in a couple of years ago, but I haven't seen any like that one since, There might of been a small one but not sure. Anyway It  was a lot of fun! I really enjoyed it.  Grin
I don't organize, I would make a mess of it. LOL!  But if someone would like to organize that would be great & if there's enough people to want to do it!
I think some kind of bag, purse, then make 2 or 3 things & buy a couple extras to put in the purse. I'll try & fine the thread  of the other one & put it in here. Here it is!

9  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / My Poppet mini Swap for my partner on: June 23, 2013 12:39:50 PM
This is the Poppet I made for the "Poppet mini Swap". My Partner wanted an Anmine Poppet so I went on line & look over a lot of pics & she had a few on her Pinterest that I finally took one of her pics she was called Maya!

This is the first time I drew the eyes on. It's not great but OK. I was a nervous wreak doing it then after OK.

Her skirt was kind of hard, I haven't made a skirt in years & pleated to boot. I Just made it up no measuring the pleats & they aren't all even, but it turn out pretty good. Her top is a heel of a sock I hemed all around & stretchy einough to pull it on & then I sewed a ribbon ties in front & tied a bow behind her neck. Her sleeves are just triangles so it worked. Then I made a sword & a sheath to go into with some jewel stones on it. Then I made a bag & put some pretty jewel stones in there & hung both on her braided twine belt. And flip flop sandals. It work for me. Also she has pretty panties made of ribbon. My partner made my dolls panties like that so I copied hers.
Here she is in her top & panties.

Thanks for looking!!!  Grin
