But sharalee, I know how you feel there! My mom had to put down her dog of 14yrs, he was a rescue and was saved from the highway (his previous owner cut off his tail and left him on the side of a massive highway)...Chipper was poodle and terrier mix but he was the sweetest baby ever! Even when he was in agony he never really complained and loved on everyone, it bout killed my mom to put him down to end his suffering (he barely walked...wouldnt eat...he just mostly laid there and looked sappily in random directions as by that point he was mostly deaf and blind too)... It's nice to know their in a better place and not suffering anymore....

Sorry for the hardship you had to go through in ending her suffering, but I'm sure she's grateful you loved her so much to not let her suffer and gave her such a wonderful home and loving family! <3

Thanks "Tenitsu" It means a lot to me your lovely comments. She was the same way couldn't hear or see to good either. Tell your Mother I know what she went through & give her a hug for me! Thanks it really helped! I know she's in a better place ropping around with all her budies.

I know what you mean pets being your children!                                                                                    Speaking of pets, we had to put down our precious Greyhound Schatzi last Mon. it was so hard. She had cancers tumors & was getting thinner but she ate like like a horse & then she fell down the stairs which wasn't to good, she seam to be ok but couldn't walk very well & didn't wine, she was a trooper. We miss her so, she had a good life, she was going on 15yrs. we had her for 13yrs which is very good.  
Sorry I just had tell everyone she was the BEST DOG EVER!! We loved her very much!!

them fingers are indeed a pain to turn, but with a lil patience, persistence, and figurin out a trick or two n you'll get there!

"Tenitsu" You are so right about those fingers!  I use a turner I have 3 different sizes, you put the plastic tube in the finger still wrong side out & then put the other wood rod on top of the finger & push it down gently & bring it all right side out & the finger should be turned do the same with the others. I hope that makes sence!
