152  Re: Crazy 'bout wallets TUTE...FINALLY! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Sharalee on: October 21, 2010 09:01:45 AM
Cool This was very cool. I really loved these wallets. I finally made one for my Daughter's Birthday. The only trouble I had was the coin pocket I wasn't sure if I was supposed to sew down the coin pocket or not it seem I had a double pocket. I did sew it down on the interior fabric it works but still not sure. Thanks

Please tell if I did anything wrong & what you think, I would appreciate feed back. Thanks again.

153  My Mini Album & Wallet for my Daughter's B-Day in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by Sharalee on: October 20, 2010 04:20:38 PM
Wink Hi, I just finished a Mini Album & Wallet for my Daughter's B-Day. I make Mini Albums for everyone in the family & friends. I tried to draw her pic, it's ok but I know it's not the best. Oh the paper Doll that Kunio makes is great. I liked it so well that I made one to put in my Daughter's Mini Album. It was fun to make after I started cutting & placing I really got into it. So here it is.

Hi, I loved the Crazy 'bout Wallet that ShannyAnn has on crafters. So I wanted to make it for my Daughter's B-Day. So here it it. It's not the greatest but OK. I would make it again, but do it a little different. I was stuck on the zipper pocket about sewing it down on the interior fabric. I did it, so not sure it was right, it turn out all right. Thanks for the tute ShannyAnn Wink

156  Raggedy Ann & Andy Rag Dolls I have made in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Sharalee on: October 06, 2010 09:59:20 AM
Smiley I have made Raggedy Ann & Andy Dolls off & on for years. These are from one  of the main Patterns suppliers I've had for years. I've gave many away & sold some. I just love these dolls. The face is embroidered & the hair is sewn on by hand. I don't like the painted ones, also a heart is embroidered on the chest with "I LOVE YOU" in it. So here are some pics, what do you all think? I'm going to try & make some ethnic ones here soon & change some designs around a little.

157  My Old Man & Old Lady/ Companions in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Sharalee on: October 04, 2010 04:22:49 PM
I made these Dolls a few years back. There was someone who made them in one of my craft magazines, so I wanted to try it. I did the Old Lady first. The Head is a Nylon sock & you just fill with old nylons to what ever you like, then sculpt with your needle a long one. After that Paint the eyes, & lips etc. Then make the body I kind of look at a pattern of a Doll I like, then drew my own body, arms & Legs, cut it all out then sewed pieces together. Then I sewed on the head, be sure you stuff it well or put a stick in the neck so it won't flop over, Mine does some but OK. I Painted her shoes on. The hair is wool I just kind of laid it on & sewed it on. She turn out pretty good for my first time of that kind of Doll. I made the old man 3 yrs. latter did a few things different but mostly the same except bigger & taller he's about 5ft. & she's around 4ft. & I did put pipe cleaners in the old Man's fingers so he can hold things. So Please tell me what you all think & any suggestions for them, I might make some more. They are good for a companion in a car when someone is driving alone. Cool
The Old couple with Edison Victrola between them & She's sitting in my Mom's rocking chair.
Just a little closer of the couple.

160  My Doll I Design. in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Sharalee on: September 29, 2010 08:35:52 AM
Roll Eyes I made this Doll a couple years ago for a contest which I did not win, but that was OK. I just wanted to get into it & try something I had never done. It was fun & exciting. This is totally my own design. It's design for my 9 1/2 yr old granddaughter Alissa who was 6 or 7 at the time, she will get it later but not now.. The Doll resembles her. I made the hands & feet exaggerated to make it whimsical looking.

This looks just like Alissa
