Thanks, it'll probably take me awhile before I get it done. But I will show you when I do. I already drew the pic. will be putting it on fabric then I can embroidery it. Here's a pic of my Drawing. I had a heck of a time getting this in here. Sorry it's blurry. It really looks better than it looks here.

No I wouldn't sell it, It'll be on My Bag I'm making. It's kind of like when you got it online & then photoshoped it & then made a stencil. I just looked at it & then draw it & then I embriodery it on. Thanks again. Smiley
Here's a pic I did before. Not the greatest but ok!

133  This Grundle Cat was for a new baby Girl in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Sharalee on: July 06, 2011 04:24:27 PM
Hi there, this is a Grundle, a cat one, because where she's going they have a great yellow stripe cat, a lover. The new baby came early so I had to get done with the items I was making. A Diaper bag & wallet is on the purses, bags & wallets thread. This is my 2nd Grundle I made one for a swap. They're fun not to hard, the pattern has different ears, faces & bellys. Mix & match different fabrics. Mine is made from fleece & the same fabric I made the inside of the diaper bag & wallet & felt. So here she is. Cheesy

Sorry it's burry, it says Natalie in the heart & below says Grundle & my Name.
So what do think, Thanks for looking!!! Roll Eyes

134  My Diaper bag & wallet & accessories in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Sharalee on: July 06, 2011 11:24:47 AM
Hi everyone! This is what I've been working on. A friend was having a baby in June. Well there was a bit of complications & she had to be induce early. She & the baby are fine. She was born May 27th so I had to get my sewing done. Some were done but a couple of things were not. I made it like one on craftsters.

I made my own pattern, couldn't find anything close to this. So I quilted the pink fabric, that was interesting, I don't think I ever did that before. It was kind of fun I just did it free hand on the machine. I was running out of the grey corduroy so had to make it skinny & tall. I used a hair band & button to close. I put lots of pockets in it too. The strap is very long so it can go over her head. I think it turn out pretty good. My friend loved it all.  Smiley

This is the inside, pockets & a key holder, & wonder wallet peeking out of the pocket.

This is all the things I made or had for her. Cheesy

This is how I wrap it in the 2 receiving blankets I made & one in tissue paper. Wink
Well what do all think?  Grin Thanks for Looking.

135  Re: I need help with doll clothes in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Discussion and Questions by Sharalee on: June 22, 2011 05:27:14 PM
That's so neat your making Dolls. Clothes are pretty easy, like someone else said just make simple basic ones & then doll them up to make each one different & special.  Cheesy Also you could make them out of felt then there are no raveled edges, you could even use fabric glue.  Wink

Smiley
This is a outfit for a American Girl Doll. Pretty easy, the hat was a accident but I love it.

Barbie & ken jeans & pants & sleeping bags. Cheesy

Barbie felt jacket & pants & blouse. Wink

This is a Poppet I just got done making for the Plethora of Poppets Swap. I didn't want to send her but she got a good home & I got one back & I love her. Smiley
I hope that helps some. Good luck!! Wink

136  Re: Super simple camera case in 15mins in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Sharalee on: June 16, 2011 03:14:25 PM
I think it's great your teaching your kids. Mine didn't seem to want to learn any crafting. Your camera case looks great!! Cheesy Some Ideas for them to do, maybe old ties, use the the point end to make a little pouch with the point as the fold over, make one or more pockets.  Wink  Out of fabric make a Artsy clutch,  2 6"x6" or bigger & you can line it.  This is a Single.  Sew up 2 sides, fold top part down 1/4" sew all around it & put Elastic like a hair band or bias tape sewn together to make a loop in middle. Then fold the whole top down (iron if you can) maybe 1/3" Put a button there in the middle so matches up with the elastic. Really cute clutches. Hope it makes sense.  Smiley Another thing is use felt you can make a lot of things & you don't have to finish the edges. Or make some sufties just about out of anything, T-shirts, socks etc. Have fun!!

They are called Artsy clutches. These are on craftsters. Cheesy

These are Easy Peasy Wallets I made from that pattern on craftsters. Cheesy

138  Plethora of Poppet Swap in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Sharalee on: May 30, 2011 09:54:51 AM
Hi everyone, I just finish my Poppet for the Plethora of Poppet Swap. This my first Poppet, It was a lttle hard for the first one, but it turned out pretty good. So any suggestions will be apprecitated. My partner had a few requests & one was a "Rock Star" So here she is.

This is all the things I gave her. My partner said she really like everything! I gave her extra fabric to make more oufits, 2 packages of button covers for joints, a card with the pic of her "Rock Star"choice, a Adoption Certicate, a owl stufie, & a wired heart I made. Cheesy

I embroidery on her arm, from her finger up her arm to her shoulder & she can bend her fingers.
On the other arm I embroidery just the upper arm all around & she has a bracelet with a moon charm & a ring with a flower on it on her finger.  Wink

The Vest was supposed to be a Jacket but couldn't get the sleeves to work so I made it a vest & I like it even better.
So how do you think I did for the first Poppet? Thanks for looking!! I had a lot of fun. Also learned a lot from other craftsters.  Smiley

139  Re: A Plethora of Poppets Gallery in The Swap Gallery by Sharalee on: May 28, 2011 06:13:20 PM

Hi everyone, My partner at this time couldn't post pics of the Poppet I made her. So I am, one of MommyTheMaid's requests was A "Rock Star "so that is what I tried to make her. This is my first Poppet. I made the fingers a little bigger & put in pipecleaners in them so they would bend, & I embroidery on her whole right arm & embroidery on her left upper arm. The Vest I had to much trouble with the sleeves like I heard some of you did. So I made a Vest instead. Hope you like her! Cheesy

So there she is, I think I could make an even better one next time. I've learned a lot from all of you. Thanks, SharaLee

140  The owls I made from the BB Designs in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Sharalee on: May 02, 2011 12:45:35 PM
I just love these little owls. These are from BBDesigns. I change them a little. The first one I made a mistake on top of his head so I gave him hair. the second one i change the eyes & I did more embroidery on the eyes & put a yellow circle behind the black pupil which I embroidered. The key chain I think is cute instead of a embroidered pupil, I sewed on a bead. Comments welcome!! Thanks for looking.

The pink & black poka dot one is going to a new baby & the key chain is also going to the mother.
