2  Another Cookbook page - 8 x 8 in Scrapbooking: Completed Projects by Reel Crafty Girl on: October 03, 2014 09:25:52 PM
I used Picassa to create a collage of my photos and then printed the collage as a 4 x 6 photo.

This is a very "loose" recipe - - so it is more like a technique!

Recipe:

Layer parchment paper on a cookie sheet
Layer graham crackers
Spread melted chocolate (milk, dark, white, candy melts - whatever floats your boat!) over graham crackers
Add your choice of crushed toppings:  Nuts, pretzels, m&m, reeses pieces, oreos, etc
Gently press toppings into melted chocolate
Refrigerate until firm
Break into pieces
Enjoy!

4  My very first rag doll, my very first zombie doll - Thank you Craftster Members! in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Reel Crafty Girl on: October 03, 2014 08:59:11 PM
I recently joined a Zombie swap for Halloween - - and then PANICKED!  My partner wanted a Wednesday Addams Zombie!!

WHAT??? I have never, ever made a doll before, let alone one based on an iconic character AS A ZOMBIE!!

I am so happy for this forum! I "LIFTED" heavily from other member's designs and came up with a doll I was quite proud of!

Special kudos to Corrie Curry who I took the idea of inking the little hands of my doll!

My main doll pattern was from:  http://missgioia.com/2007/06/rag-doll-tutorial.html

The hair came from:  http://beccamariedesigns.blogspot.com/2012/03/how-to-doll-hair-tutorial.html Which I have to say, was the BEST hair tutorial for rag dolls!

The velvet dress was all me Smiley I kept the dress long - - about 4 inches past the end of the doll's feet to mimic an old fashion doll.

I was actually quite sad to mail her off!

5  "Cookies" Latest page in Recipe Scrapbook with Grandma's Handwriting! in Scrapbooking: Completed Projects by Reel Crafty Girl on: April 03, 2014 08:44:14 PM
Here is my latest page for my recipe scrapbook - - these are the cookies my G'ma loved and loved to make - - I scanned her handwritten recipe card to use and also put her personal tip (use chunky peanut butter and omit nuts!) on the yellow banner below the recipe.

It should also be noted that the cookies are photographed on a 3 tiered platter that my mom "purchased" using S&H Green Stamps in the early 60's - - one of my most prized posessions!

This page is another for my scrapbook of favorite/go-to recipes

It is 8 x 8 - hard to tell, but the title letters have glitter on them.

7  Tower of London (from my vacation album!) in Scrapbooking: Completed Projects by Reel Crafty Girl on: January 05, 2014 02:21:24 PM
I went on a 10 day trip to London and Scotland this summer and I am working on my vacation album

Here is one page - - it is a view of the Tower Bridge from inside the Tower of London.

My main embellishment was made with a vintage image of Henry the 8th attached to the back of a flat backed faceted gemstone with Diamond Glaze -- then I attached the metal tassel to the bottom.

This is another 8x8 page for my fave recipes scrapbook

I free-hand cut the tomato and avocado -- the avocado kinda looks like pear...but I like it anyway! Smiley
