My son plays guitar and I find picks laying everywhere around the house, so what could be better that to recycle 'em?!

Did you use a mold, or did you just pour resin over the top of it?

I'm so happy - I finally made the plunge, set aside any self-doubts and went for it & tried soldering. OMG - what a very cool craft/art!!! I'm hooked now. Thank you, thank you, thank you Alycimo!

My husband's grandmother passed away last year, so I found an old photo of her and PhotoShop'd it a bit and made a charm/ornament (2" x 2") for everyone. A total hit! Here's the front:

I'm now working on a Super Heroes series based on the new stamps that the post office has out. YEAH

These are wonderful!  I need to do more chain stitching (yours is lovely), but it's hard to do on the stiffer, iron-on meding tape i've been using to do embroidery on lately. Makes a fast patch, though...

Giggled at the girl under the table one - that should've been me a week or so ago - we had a quake, which is rare for these parts, but I froze like a deer! Better stitch one for myself as a reminder. Teehee!
