1  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Siamese Circus Twins on: July 31, 2014 03:06:03 PM
I totally forgot to show this doll. I modified the body pattern to make it wider, and I even thought that I couldn't finish the dress because it didn't fit well in the body, but after so much work... here she (or they) is (are)  Cheesy
They are inspired by the siameses from the movie "Big Fish", when I saw them I knew that one day I will make a siamese doll. I hope you like her (them HuhCheesy Cheesy

2  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Twin Peaks scene on: July 30, 2014 09:12:53 AM
Two months ago I had a marathon of "Twin Peaks", I know the show is from 1990 but I never get to watch it until now. I felt in love with every character, it's such a great story! So I wanted to do something related to one of the weirdest scenes from the show, the agent Cooper's dream.

I had some tiny figure from train scales, so I turned a wood box into a diorama and the box top is now the box itself, and added some memorabilia from the show. There are some things missing, like the coffee table and two lamps. The painting is not so good because the figures are so small!

The first picture is for size reference, I hope you like it!

3  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Michonne and her zombies on: July 22, 2014 05:05:17 AM
I'm so excited to show you these dolls, they are Michonne and her zombies, from the tv series "The Walking Dead" (I think you all know who they are Cheesy )

Michonne was so difficult, her vest is made from a bag, just like her gloves. She even has a katana in her back  Cheesy
I had fun making the zombies, I burned some parts of their bodies, and painted some red paint so they can look like actual wounds. Their eyes are yellow buttons with green nail polish, I painted some details like the veins in their eyes, and they even have abdominals Smiley
I hope you like them!

4  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Cocooned Nymph on: July 21, 2014 04:52:34 AM
I made this baby Nymph with the same head pattern I use for my dolls. She is like a cocoon, covered with fabric and flowers. I think her head is too big, but all my dolls have big head always  Cheesy
I hope you like her!

5  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / The Bride of Frankenstein on: July 09, 2014 11:50:20 PM
I made this doll two months ago and totally forgot to show it here. It's inspired by the Bride of Frankenstein, the dress is different because I wanted to give her some black details.
This is the first time for me doing feet, and I think they turn out very funny, I hope you like the doll! Smiley

6  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / My first Journal on: April 23, 2014 09:59:46 AM
Hi!!

This is my very first journal. I recycled an old book from my library, covered the covers with fabric and some decoration. The pages are hand cut, there are white, orange, green, yellow, pink and black pages, I thought it'd look creative Smiley

7  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Spring Nymph on: March 21, 2014 10:48:53 AM
I made this doll to celebrate the beginning of Spring, I wanted to make a nymph inspired by the forest, trees, birds and other wild animals, like deers (you can see her horns). I like to think that she is a Nymph that just woke up after a long Winter, and now she is running in the woods with her wild friends, and she feeds of strawberries and apples, that's why she has that bright red hair Smiley

Hope you like her, have a very nice beginning of Spring!! Smiley

8  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Soot Sprite mobile on: March 07, 2014 09:13:51 AM
Hi!! I would like to show you my last creation. I made a Soot Sprite plush, and I had some wood sticks, so an idea came to me... I made this cute mobile, with a Soot Sprite and candy stars, which we can see at the movie "Spirited Away". I think it is cute for a newborn Ghibli fan Cheesy
Also, stars can move through the wire for different positions Smiley

You can see how it moves in my facebook page, thanks for stopping by!!

9  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / The girl who loved insects on: February 10, 2014 01:25:26 PM
I finished this doll today and I haven't chosen a name for her yet.
All I know is that she loves bugs and other insects, and they love her! Cheesy
Would you give me some name ideas?  Wink

10  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Tiny Norman (from Paranorman) on: January 20, 2014 04:50:10 AM
I made this for my best friend, we both love the movie Paranorman, and also tiny projects and crafts. I had some pieces from model trains, so I painted a tiny doll ( he is only 1 cm tall, 0.4 inches) like Norman. It was a bit difficult to paint, I painted my fingers too, but I think its a cute and tiny gift that she will love Smiley
There is also a tombstone!
