I used this book to get back into knitting! I highly recommend the first book for instruction.

Yes, the edges do roll secondary to it being garter stitch. Some people have put an edge on it. I just blocked it and steam ironed it.

It looks nice. I love cabled hats. What yarn, pattern? Which color is it , one of the pictures is orangey and the others in greenish hues? Lucky Mom's bf.
