11  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Valentine's Day puzzle pieces. on: January 22, 2011 05:06:54 AM
Howdy! Here are the first 3 of what might be my new favorite things EVER:

With some pretty paper, XOXO paper ribbon, a corner rounder, a 5/8ths square punch, some StazOn ink, a V-day stamp set from Michael's, my distresser kit, and my Stampin' Up watercolor pencils/blender...this is what happened to some puzzle pieces I had laying around:

They started as "I-spy" puzzle pieces that I found at Scrap-4-Art in Toledo, OH. They called to me.

I plan on making MANY more because they are super easy!

SUPER SHAMELESS PLUG: If you are anywhere near Toledo, OH- you should check out "Scrap4Art." It is a non-profit organization mainly geared towards teachers but anyone is welcome! Long story short- it is a building full of "(s)crap" such as fabric, paint chips, old books, odd n' ends-ANYTHING that they get donated. You can walk in and either pick a lunch sack or a full paper bag for a SMALL fee and fill it up to the brim! It is such an afternoon of FUN. It is kind of like Goodwill- sometimes you find many gems and sometimes you find nothing- but it is worth checking out. Thanks for reading my shameless plug. Smiley

This is precious- How simple and beautiful!
I have the same ransom letters in my craft-land. I love using them on everything because they are so cute and go with just about everything.
Great Idea!

I like how you mixed vintage prints with pinky sparkle- it made the pinky sparkle less crazy and more classy Smiley

Okay- this is what I'm picturing:

My mantle- a small 2 ft fake little tree- white lights- INCHIE ORNAMENTS ALL OVER- A quilled paper star on top......

I think it has to happen. An Inchie Tree.

Too excited for this.

I received from Sherrie B a few days ago!
Here are the pics:
A scarf and matching ear wrap. The colors morph between blues and blacks and purples.

A head band/wrap that my banister is so elegantly modeling:

AND some Christmas scrubbies!

this was too fun.
