2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Sweater boot DISASTER to crochet snugness!! (pic and disaster heavy!) on: February 11, 2011 06:27:38 AM
I guess I'm crazy because it looks to me like you have 3 different projects going on. Although the pink one and the red one turned out the same.

Were you using an old sweater in the blue?

That is gorgeous! What pattern did you use?

I am starting to sew prom dresses and hope it turns into a dress business.
I have sewn costume dresses and a ball dress so far.

I like it and would not mind being a tester myself if anyone needs someone.

I sew, quilt, crochet, and polymer clay.

If I had one of these dresses I would wear it every Sunday to church and on special occasions.

It is just gorgeous. I love this period for dresses.

It's a Grandmother's Fan pattern using EQ 6, Jacob's ladder and applique.

I thought this would have been really popular but didn't really wow them at the shows.
It did win 3d place for the applique. I was very excited.

I want to do another one but will definitely audition my fabrics a little bit better.

Right now on to the ufo's so I can straighten up and set up my fabric shop. Yea! Grin
