Way cool Idea and it's way cool that there is an idea for somthing to send to our troops over seas. I Just mailed out a care package to a friend of mine who's in Japan with the Navy and sadly it turned out to be mainly candy and cheep DVDs becouse I had no Idea what else to do. I might be temped to make one of these for him if it weren't for the problem that I am no good at sewing . Some one should make up a bunch of these to give to the USO.
I love your roses. I've made some myself but, nothing as full as the ones you've made, mine have all been more like rose buds. Never thought to do them with more than one color for the flower part, I do hovever use the green tape to make leaves. One thing about the camo tape, I haven't had much luck with making the roses out of camo. The tape seems to be a bit thicker, making it harder to work with when making roses at least for me anyway. Keep up the way cool crafting.
Awesome wallets but i have something off topic to saw cause i saw that you sending one to japan for your friend in the navy! My friend is there too! he's on the kittyhawk...thats a really good idea cause i can never thing of interesting things to send!
That's kinda awsome, My firend in Japan is on the USS Cowpens that dose escort duty for the Kittyhawk. Kinda cool, here I am posting a picture of somthing I'm sending over to him over in Japan and I find some one who has a friend stationed at the same base on the ship my friend dose escort duty for.
As far as intersting things to send, I'm going to raid the dolar store and get some of those wordfind books and some candy and snack stuff (becouse Joe is always complaining how much he hates galley food). Wal-mart also has some realy cheep DVD's that I'm gonna send. I think there should be a section or at least a thread for "Military care packege" ideas.

Ok, just think of the strip of ducttape as a page of note book paper and your making a paper airplain to throw at the math teacher or the dork in the calss that no one likes. Fold the right side to the center than fold the left side to the center so that you have a point on one end with no adheasive showing and the other end is not pointed with adheasive only on one side. I hope this helps.
You are the duct tape man! That totally rules. Oh! You've reminded me of Bedazzlers! I had one of those years ago and my mom and I would Bedazzle absolutely anything we could get our hands on. Wal-Mart rules because it's cheap and you can get all kinds of stuff there. My friends joke that I love that store more than anyone else in the Denver Metro area, and they're probably right
LOL!!!!!! Walmart is THE Store. That is funny that your in the Denver area, I'm am moving to Colorado in about 4 of 5 months or so. I'll be out in the springs area though. I have a cousin who works in the deli at one of the seems like 20 wal-marts in Colorado Springs. And the bedazzler is awsone. I was watching "almost perfact" tonight and one of the charters <sp> was having an office bedazzle party. I was like "OMG, I remember when they used to sell them things on info-mercials"
Had to stop to say...not only do I LOVE the roses. But I'm with you about the bitterness. Join in my anti-valentines day celebration? My date for the night is a box of tissues, a few lonely friends, and a lot of chocolate. Maybe some love notes for myself?

My anti-valintine celabration is going out by-myself for a nice diner at a little Itlian restraunte tucked away in the corner of a local strip mall and than on to see a movie at the mall, all the wile giving the finger to the notion that you must be with that special some one on valintines..

I am NONE TO GOOD at writing Tutorials but, I can direct you to one for the duct tape wallets. There wallets are of the bi-fold veritie but if you fold the wallett twice insted of once, you will end up with a tri-folded wallet. Actuly, you fold the thing in half to make a crease in the center than you fold one end to the center and fold the other side over to have a tri-fold wallet.
Yes! Ducktape... is the anything it can't do? I've been trying to think of ways to send roses to my out of state friends (that won't wilt or get squished beyond all recogntition), and this is perfect. Gosh, I love you, DelawareWolf. One small request... tutorial? Please? ^_^
