Nice job for your very first time .... it is always a surprise when you open up your kiln!!  I by no means am a expert at glass fusing, however you mentioned that you were using your new kiln to also fire PMC.  I take a glass class at our local Art Center and they let the PMC class use our glass kiln to fire the PMC - after the class used our glass kilns of few people got metal like spots on their glass pieces.  Not sure I would use your glass kiln for both...just a suggestion.  You can do some research on-line about using PMC in your glass kiln and make your own decision...Good luck with the glass fusing it is soooo much fun!!
