21  My first little teddy bear in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by lazy.jane on: January 23, 2011 02:36:37 AM
Hi everyone,

I made a little bear over the weekend and thought I would let you see. He's the first bear I have ever made so he's not really perfect (far from it!) but I think he turned out kind of cute. I made him from a pattern by jennylovesbenny. I hope you like him! xx

22  Some more of my little ladies! in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by lazy.jane on: January 16, 2011 02:40:32 PM
Hi everyone,
I thought that I would put up some pictures that I took of my latest batch of clay and cloth dolls. I learnt a lot from making each one and tried various different materials and techniques with each one. Hopefully I'm improving!
Thank you for having a look xx

Hi everyone,

I thought that I would like to show you my newest doll. Her name is Rima! Her head and body are made of cloth and her limbs are made from polymer clay.

Hi everyone,
I thought I would post up a few pics of the latest cloth dolls that I made. I do love having a good nosey at what other people have made, so its about time that I let everyone else have a look at what I've been making too...its only fair!! :d They are stump dolls adapted from a pattern in a book by Ray Slater. I hope that you like them!

25  Re: Clay Doll Armature Questions from a beginner! in Polymer Clay: Discussion and Questions by lazy.jane on: December 13, 2010 02:54:05 PM
Thank you Diane, that's really helpful!

The style of doll that I was hoping to attempt is like the one in this picture. I like the way that it is jointed and the way the arms and legs and face look - everything in fact. Do you have any sections on your site that might explain how a doll of this style is constructed?

If you can help me with this, I would be over the moon!

26  Some Vintage Image Pendants in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by lazy.jane on: November 28, 2010 08:22:39 AM
Hi everyone,
I thought that I would post a picture of some vintage image pendants that I made. I got all carried away when I saw some beautiful collage sheets in Etsy and I immediately bought far too many of them, plus some pendant tray frames and resin stickers. They were lots of fun to make and seem to have come out really well. I'm dying ot make more of them, though I haven't a clue what I'll do with them all - pendants for everyone's Xmas this year I think!!

27  I made a showgirl cloth doll! in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by lazy.jane on: November 28, 2010 07:57:25 AM
Hello again everyone,

In my last post I said that I would put up some pictures of my red showgirl cloth doll and here she is. I'm not sure if I like her as much as my purple and silver one, but I'm still quite pleased with the way that she turned out. She's going to be a gift for a friend of mine so I hope that she likes it.
After looking at the pictures I think she might need some earrings just to finish her off, so I'll go and hunt for some beads I think!

28  My Purple & Silver Cloth Doll in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by lazy.jane on: November 22, 2010 02:58:14 PM
Hello everyone,
I am always lurking in the Toys and Dolls forum as I'm a bit obsessed with cloth dolls at the moment and I love seeing what everyone has made. I've been trying to have a go myself recently and so I thought I would join in and show you what I have made. I'm really pleased with the way that she turned out...although my fingers are sore from all the stitching!
