so i have decited why not try to make my wedding dress. cant hurt right? so this is kinda what i want.


an illusion neckline, however i would like a sweetheart illusion neckline, where in the picture its straight accross. thats not really the tricky part i need a pattern that is for the illusion part. i already have my lace picked out but i dont have a perfect pattern, there is a mcCalls but its not exact so i was wondering if you lovely craftsters had any suggestions.

we want to have a beach wedding at del mar california, i think this would be cool for drinks

to save money my maids are not going to have flowers but parasols like these

there dresses will be the same collor as the girls in the picture but there parasols will be a sort of lime green color. and this is what my parasol will look like.

not much more on plans were not going to get hitched for a few years lol but im starting early. what do you think!!

i left out some stuff.... im going to be makeing the boutineers, my groom to be is a musican so these will be perfect!!!!


and we want the wedding to have a 50's feel to it even though its a beach wedding. so im looking for this dress. according to the designers websight there is no place in az that carried this line and one place in oregon (where my familly is) so cross your fingers for me so that i find it.

i just think its the perfect combination of beachy and vintage.

so i got some awesome petty-coats for free and had to make some skirts to go with them!! i had never made a circle skirt before and knew they took a lot of material so i went to goodwilll on half off saterday and picked up some sheets and this beautiful fushia silk shower curtin! and this is how she turned out!


and i am very proud of my first circle skirt and cant wait to make more!


and yes i am wearing a petticoat but its a small one and needs to be steemed badly.

so for christmas i made my dad glasses with his favorite sports team logos on them. i think they turned out good. oh and this was my first time glass etching.

so a cousin of a friend wanted to see what i could do to get an idea of what she might want for her bridal party and herself on her wedding day. i really hope im captureing her style well (my friend told me we have the same style) because it would be such an honor if she wanted me to make her everything for her wedding!!! okay so here are some things i wipped up last night

my first tree of life, im verry proud of it, what do you all think

so i am doing a craft fair for the hollidays its my first one and im really excited, this is one of the things i am going to do, i think it would make a great stocking stuffer. on to the pics

for a pin up swap i made my partner who likes to bake, this apron. it looks adorible on her but these pictures are on me, im so glad she likes it! oh and its my fist apron, and like fourth think ive ever sewn.
