2  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Re: Fabric portable high chair on: December 15, 2010 10:41:13 AM
I have this one and love it. It is like the other person was describing. It would be easy enough to make and the way the back is it would fit many different chair backs. See if your Target has one in stock and look at the directions on how to put it on and you will have a very good idea of how to make it. My daughter is 4 months and sits up pretty good but the shoulder straps are really nice and make it feel safe for a baby that small. Hope this visual helps.

3  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Baby Showers And Gifts For New Babies / Re: Baby shower gifts! on: July 01, 2010 04:31:22 PM

4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Oh Rats!!! Fun Halloween pins on: October 07, 2009 01:52:49 PM
I put some on hair barrettes and just randomly clipped them in my hair (worked in a gym so costume was limited). Most of the people never even noticed them. Plastic roaches make the best pins! I have them crawling out of my pockets and on the back of my coat. Not just for Halloween fun.
5  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: Funeral Kit for a Dead Fish on: October 06, 2009 11:23:31 PM
I am sorry to hear about Jack. I thouhgt fish were boring pets until I got one, 5 aquariums later I now know differently. Most of my fish live for 4 or 5 years before they die and it seems so tragic when they do. As dirty as their water gets and the blights mine survive its just sad to see such survivors go. I never flush mine either. If it would fit you should set Jack's bowl back up as he had it and put the stone in it (with no water of course).
6  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: shelves for my drugs :P on: July 27, 2009 11:42:28 AM
I used this idea to do my nail polishes. I got pieces of wood from Lowe's about the size of the yard stick but 4 ft long. I now have 3 up in my bathroom and need at least one more. It looks very pretty and was a lot less work than drilling holes. The tacks I used were heavy duty upholstery tacks they have longer shanks.

7  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Jack Russell-osaurus doggy sweater on: October 10, 2007 02:42:22 PM
Love it! My JRs LOVE their clothes it makes them feel like they are being cuddled all the time. My male is STILL carring his bumble bee costume from last Halloween all around the house. They get very upset when I undress them. I only wish I had knitted them costumes for this year. A shark would be cool too. Great job.
8  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: knit 1 leaves on: May 22, 2007 09:09:09 PM
There is a pattern on Magknits that is mostly leaves. I have been meaning to try a few from this pattern myself. Hope this helps.

9  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Knit Picks Swish Superwash Color card? on: May 12, 2007 10:28:44 AM
Buy one! I haven't really compaired it closely to the catalog but I have several times gotten surprised with my color choices from the internet. The on line Knit Pick colors or rather off on my screen (I have a bunch of purple left over from the blue sweater I was going to knit my husband). I got the color cards for the yarns I uses often for Christmas and I love them. Very much worth the $1.99 she is asking.
10  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: 3d wire tree on: April 10, 2007 03:09:04 PM
I love it! Don't worry you are not missing much in M Beach, you would find nothing as classy as your tree there. I know I grew up in the area. Great work.
