Tomatedpingles,

The new backgrounds dont bother me at all...not a bit.  Smiley

I feel like the price on the 2 newest buttons is a lil bit high.  Butttt...I believe it's a mental thing of mine Smiley  'Cause looking further down the page, I see that I can get that big blue button necklace for only 3 dollars more.  Or I can get a ring for 15 or the green button earrings/pin SET that was 15.  So, mentally...I feel like I am getting "less" if I buy one of those pins for 15 (even though the price is calculated by supplies, time spent, etc.).

I think your prices are all on a pretty good average though Smiley  The random pieces I checked all had free shipping too, which is obviously a plus.

I find fish super hard to photograph because Fish, at least, wiggles a LOT. But your betta is so clear and lovely in the photos.

Me too!!  Actually...'cause he is so darned spastic, I put it on rapid shoot, so it takes a few frames at a time.  Usually a few of them turn out okay.

The other fish don't fuss around as much, except our Tiger Barbs (I don't have any pix of them for this reason) because they never, ever hold still!  The comets & gourami think it's there moment to shine and are always right in front of the lens.

Duh! I am so dumb! Someone else mentioned not being able to access it and I thought it was mispelled. It never ocurred to me that it wasn't a link. But I fixed it! Thank you for the tip! I would have never noticed it.

You're welcome  Smiley It had an extra space in it too...but I was determined to get to it, so of course I figured it out!
Anything to get ya guys more traffic to your stores... Cheesy  I'm all about helping, 'cause I am learning so much from you guys.

WOW...I missed A LOT since I left work yesterday...3 pages...!  OK...I have two questions...

First, I was looking at the cheap way to make a lightbox on the link that was posted on page 257 ( i think) and I was wondering when you take the picture, do you lay your jewelery on top of the glass? Maybe its a silly question, but I was just wondering?

Thanks
NessaGurl

It's not silly at all Smiley  Yeah, you lie a piece right on the glass or plexiglass.

It will look like it's kind of floating in the picture (because you can't see the glass) and then you use scrapbook paper or fabric in the bottom of the box for your "background."  The background won't look crisp, it will be blurred/distorted because your camera will focus on the closest thing (your jewelry piece or whatever).

Hey jeweledmonkey... make your esty address in your signature a clickable link.  In case you run across more lazy people like myself Smiley  LOL.  Meanwhile, I'm off to walk around your shop Smiley
15507  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Easter / Re: Has anyone done any peep inspired crafts? on: April 19, 2006 04:55:15 AM
I've never made any peeps crafts but I did make a peeps pie!

Literally - the pie filling is melted down peeps, chocolate, and whipped cream.

Wow, that's gotta be rich!  Looks like a very fun dessert Smiley

I don't think they are too much for kids at all.

I just stopped by your shop...
I love your dog/cat magic show & gender confusion bags, lol.  Especially fond of the green flowers with pink ellies earrings too. Smiley

Our fish homes are always these crazy overly involved crafty projects...lol.  Between fish & tank selection, decor, placement, etc...my boyfriend and I take forever to collaborate a new home.  I can't complain though, 'cause it gets him involved in my creative gibberish. Smiley

Batey's home is our newest home; he's in a 12 g. Nano Cube & happy as can be.  I love the LED nighttime light; it's just bright blue enough so we can see him fussing around in there after bedtime.  Smiley

This pic is still a bit cloudy, (new tank syndrome) but it's all clear now that the lovely bacteria have started working their magic Cheesy  I wanted to show the colors & decor of the tank, but realized this is the only full shot I have taken of it so far.  This is the "City Sheik" tank  Smiley  We have two other tanks..."Slate River" (Oscars & Pleco) and "Fresh River in Mexico," (general community tank) but I don't want to be a thread hog - so ya can see 'em here if you want to.
