Okay, So. This is my first post as a member but i've been lurking since the dawn of time. I've been making clothes since I was a little kid , nonwearable mind you, and i wanted to try my hand at a girly little empire waist bubble dress. Something that I would venture to wear outside with out the fear of being stoned to death, or fall apart.
I made the blouse part from some (god knows what kind) thrift store fabric that smells nauseating
when ironed. Any guesses? Its very gauzy and delicate to work with. I'm curious to know whether or not it should be on or around my skin.
The skirt part is technically a recon since i fashioned it into a bubble skirt from an old skirt that used to be really long.

And apologies for the janky picture quality. My camera fell in the toilet the night i wore this dress out on a drunken gallivant and its life was subsequently ended.
