1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Yellow Finnish crochet bag ♥ on: April 27, 2011 02:38:51 AM
I found this beautiful free pattern on ravelry  Roll Eyes http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/virkattu-kassi I always wanted to make a yellow bag and was looking for a suitable pattern for a light summer tote bag.

Here's my sunshine  Grin

I want to make a colorful lining, so there will be updates, asap I find the right fabric for me  Smiley

Thanks for attention!
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / baby Converse booties! yey on: March 21, 2011 03:43:19 PM
I aaalways wanted to make them  Smiley I found a free pattern on ravelry and here they are!

aren't they cute  Roll Eyes

Made with yarn left from knitted pompom hat and mittens. My mother thinks it's a strange color combo for a child, but i love it  Grin

And I didn't make a Converse logo, i think it would be odd Smiley They look completed to me without it too Smiley and another reason is I'm not strong in tiny and neat works  Roll Eyes

Thanks for attention!
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Cable cowl on: March 14, 2011 10:57:37 AM
I purchased this yarn one month ago and couldn't decide what to make, I like it soo much, wanted to make something special. No to regret after, what often happens to me  Grin There were some projects of mine, that i regreted to spend yarn on  Undecided shortly I wanted something pretty, warm and puffy Smiley Aaaand voiles...  I found this free pattern on Ravelry http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/a-very-braidy-cowl \\

I made three rows instead of two, wanted to be wider, should make four, but still great

I love it so much  Smiley

C/C appreciated  Wink
4  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Baby sleeping sack ♥ on: February 09, 2011 04:13:33 AM
Only baby left  Grin Expecting by the end of March  Wink

5  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Born Bad sleep mask on: January 06, 2011 08:31:00 AM
My hubby asked me for sleep mask for about 2 month ago, and reminded me about it on only on Saturday mornings, when he slept longer than usual,  and at last i made it! It's like glasses  Grin I made really hard work with weaving in ends, but i think result is worth it  Smiley I like it very much myself and thinking of making another one.

Himself modelling  Grin

Not the most accurate shape in the world, but at least does its job great, blocking even the small light around the nose (If you're a user, you know what i mean  Wink) It's all single crochet and purple row is for thickness and texture Smiley

I wanted to write down the pattern as i work, but i had so much problems with shaping, that i forgot to write after 10th row  Cheesy So if i decide o make another one, i will have to torture once again, or just look for other's simpler pattern on the Internet  Smiley

I hope you like it!
6  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / purple potholders on: January 05, 2011 03:40:53 AM
My Aunt asked me for them, she had one and accidentally burned down during Christmas fuss  Grin I had some scrap yarn left from a blanket and made these. I hope she'll like it Smiley

7  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Rasbery scarfy shawl! ♥ (lots of pics) on: December 21, 2010 02:41:40 AM

Everything began with a single glance  Shocked

...When i saw this yarn, i knew that it was love at first sight  Grin 20% Acrylic 80% Mohair, color of a ripe rasberry, yummy  Smiley

well... it was thought to be something like this

But  because of different yarn and accordingly different Hook size, instead of this light, celestial and angelic shawl, I created a monster Cheesy

Very unstable and looses its shape

A full motif

A side motif

Happy me  Grin

C/C appreciated!
8  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Special colors for me! Granny stripe blanket on: December 03, 2010 04:49:04 AM
Finally done! I started this project on 17th of November and finished about 20 minutes ago, I think it's a good result for me, I'm learning to be patient and not to give up big projects because of getting bored Grin

I'm not the best photographer in the world and my camera isn't the latest, but i tried my best Smiley

Very simple edge. I worked out of only back loops, so it doesn't curl Smiley

Thnx in advance for C & C-s Smiley
9  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / At last! My modest earring hanger on: December 02, 2010 05:28:38 AM
At last! Big fat NO to a mess on my toilet table  Grin

As you can see, pattern is very simple, and i crocheted a little edge with 2 sc, picot.

Thnx for attention!
10  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Baby hat! on: November 23, 2010 01:43:33 AM
I've done it last evening, while watching "men in black"  Grin It was very easy and fun, I found this pattern in old Russian crochet journal, it was a white wool jacket pattern, but i think the hat came out very cute too Smiley And it's suuper warm and smooth  Smiley

I learned crocheting by means of charts, now i'm trying to learn abbreviations, that you all write, sc, sl st, dc, etc. Cheesy

I hope you like it, because i love it so much  Smiley
