I can get a package to the United Kingdom in 2 days, but on average, it takes 4 weeks to cross the border into the States. wtf?

RIGHT!  Angry I think we need to write some letters or maybe a craftster petition. Unless of course, our letters get "lost" in the post.

Anywho. I -finally- got the last two pictures to my email.  Sorry for the crappy phone pictures.  Undecided I hate them too. I promise as soon as I get a hold of a real camera, I will put up some better photos. Because these ones just don't do it justice. D:

I love this thing. <3 It says weeds around the side in what I believe is macro photos of weed?

A top view.

And A crochet pouch that everything was inside of. I love crochet things, but am somehow too stupid to figure out how to crochet myself.

A polyclay leaf magnet. And two extra things, A cool looking figure dude, and a portable ashtray. (I don't actually smoke cigarettes, but it with be used as a perfect baggie for other things. *ahem*)

Thank you so much Bowlordie. :3 Your sprout wins a special spot on my craft desk. (Next to the caterpillar and hookah that Fluffybaka made me and a couple of other special knickknacks. ) : )

Now, If only Zoma's package would hurry up and get here! Or at least mine to her! haha

Isn't she? I am a sucker for artwork.
Oh and by texture I'm talking about the raised spots. I think I might be weird but it just feels cool to touch.  Cheesy

Anywho. Here are the goodies that I received from Leashhh:

(Disclaimer: Since I had to retake pictures, I don't currently have a picture of the shirt or the gummies.  It's on the other camera's card. And the shirt is lost in the laundry.)

A really cute corduroy bag.

Resin necklaces. The mushroom with the blue background and the mad hatter are my favorites.

A collaged Alice in Wonderland box.

Two really cute mushroom fabric pouches. One of them is -super-extra-padded- for my "breakables".

A mushroom lawn ornament made for the swap by her boyfriend.

A polymer clay mushroom bead (That plans on finding it's way to a keychain) , An incense holder and a mushroom hand mirror.

A pillbottle pincushion. (Yeah recycling!)

One of those tissue paper candle holders. (I actually made one of these for one of my friends with the leftover tye dyed tissue paper.  Grin ) It looks super cool in the dark.

A melted plastic suncatcher. (I think this will go over my rear-view mirror.) How did you make this?

Resin magnets! So. I have never had any particular love for magnets until I started doing swaps. I've gotten some in almost every swap I've done. Now I know that when I move out. I WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PAPERS FALLING OFF MY FRIDGE.  Grin Grin Grin

Okay. So. These are going to hold my keys forevermore. <3 They are super adorable and retro looking.

OMG HOME-MADE SOAP.  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin
I have a mega-boner for soap. This is vanilla and sandalwood? It smeeeeelllllss amazing. Are those poppy seeds? And so does the incense? What kind is it?

I am very happy with all you sent. Again I am sorry for sending late. I hope you liked everything. Cheesy

Alright. So. My life has been pretty ridiculous lately. So I am -seriously- very very sorry for sending late and posting pictures late. D:

I took some pictures with my sister's super awesome expensive camera (Gosh I love that thing) the day I opened both packages. But We got a new computer and her card reader thing is broken? I had to retake pictures and I just uploaded them on a friend's computer.

So I am posting more pictures just so I can comment on everything. :3

This is what I received from Crazyalien8:

(I LOVE THIS BOX. Thanks for giving me something I am not going to be able to throw away)

Artwork that needs to be framed... like soonish. Watercolor is my favorite.

These two really awesome fabric covered boxes. I love both of them but the brown one it my favorite of the two.

Okay. So let me start off and say that crazyalien8 and I both do a lot of painted polymer clay. So I love these charms deeeeply. They are super amazing.

And a pendant that we discussed from our wists:

The back

The front. The texture feels -awesome-. I don't know what I'm going to put this on but it's going to be one of those "play-with" necklaces.

And Last:
A bag that I know Crazyalien8 worked really hard on. Also inspired from my wists.

I'm going to be able to post the pictures of what Leashhh sent me within an hour or two. For now my friend needs his computer.

Thank You guys so much for swapping. I am waiting on one more item. I hope that it will conveniently arrive today. But you guys know how mail can be.

Here is the crocheted double headband. Which I love and have worn since I got it a few days ago.

The pyramid pouch is the shit. I love the fabric (you have awesome taste in fabric)

And The lip balm. Which I just got yesterday. It smeeellls awesome. I love this tin. I can appreciate polymer clay artists the most because that is what I do mostly. It's been so hot here lately and I usually don't get the post until about 3-4 (I hate waiting alllll day.) I was so afraid it would be melted. But it was perfectly fine.

8  Re: Zelda Swap + Zelda baby shower GALLERY! in The Swap Gallery by StainedMushroom on: July 21, 2010 10:06:03 AM
Alrighty! Here is the freaking amazing package I received from mvelusc.
Warning: It is a bit pic heavy. You guys have to see the detail on this. It makes me wish I had a better camera.
First off. A tealight/scented wax burner pot. Of Makar! Start clicking your wist buttons ladies! :3

And the container for the wax "container" hearts: (Some of them are patchouli and some of them are jasmin. They smell heavenly.)

A potion Bottle (That once held) Milo? That stuff was the shiiiiit. Devoured in a day.

Sea chart magnets.

Up close:

These get to be put away with a growing collection of other magnets. I am waaay to afraid to put them on the family fridge. They will get lost Or damaged. Basically. When I finally move out I will have the coolest looking fridge evar.

An Awesome Zelda apron. I can imagine link wearing something like this. And I can also laugh at the boyfriend modeling it for me. XD Some how he still looks like he could kick ass in that apron. I love this. It's awesome.

And the extra goodies.

I am saving the spice mix for my Birthday in September. I want to make the recipe on the back that has shrimp in it. And I know I can convince the parents to buy Shrimp then. <3 I am extremely excited for it. I love cooking.

Also. I made a cup of the hot chocolate. That stuff is rich. And smooth.

And finally. The whole lot together:

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I loved swapping with you. I'm glad we both came out happy. And I think it's awesome that you collect pez containers. I will be sure to keep my eye out for other zelda ones in the future.

-People who say it's a wonderful, natural thing can fuck right off. Just because yours aren't horrendous...

-I'd be so much happier if they'd stop.

(Comment: I know how you feel. I just wish mine was regular. Mine disappear for months at a time. And when I do have them they last for 2 1/2-3 weeks. D:< Cramping and all. )

Again Guys. Super sorry that I took so long. I loved receiving all of your secrets.

-Sticks and stones may break my bones, but whips and chains excite me! (As do quite a few other things including rope bondage/knotting)

-And rope bondage under regular clothes? Really fun, really kinky. And I have been ordered to wear a rope dress under "normal" clothes by my dom a few times. It makes it hard to keep a straight face at times. Now craftster knows something only my best friend know: I am one kinky frisky submissive! (And I love every minute of it!)

(Comment: That's freaking awesome! Bondage can be fun stuff.)

I'm glad your mom has kind of accepted me again. But I feel like I lost in that she got her way, that I have to "obey" and play by "her rules"

"Thank you for doing that, you went above and beyond the call of duty. That's about as warm and fuzzy as I'll ever get. take it or leave it." ...Oh, awesome...

Getting tattoos is the only suitable substitute I have found for cutting myself.

(Comment: This one really hit me. I have many friends who have decided to be the same way about it. It's better. I've got some ugly scars from long ago. I haven't had the chance to cover them up yet. But I have a friend who got a leg piece to cover up -huge- scars.)

My most satisfying romantic sexual fantasies for couple or solo sex always involve Barry Manilow!! I find him EXTREMELY sexy! (I am 37.)

(comment: hehehe. :3)

I went to France to study abroad last summer. I came home after 3 weeks. I just couldn't handle being alone in a country whose language I didn't know at all. I told the university here and there that my grandmother died. I was too ashamed to tell the truth.

Everyone thinks I am confident and happy with myself. I am not.

I really feel fat, gross, unlovable.

Thank you guys sooo much. I loved having my secrets heard and I will keep the ones I got forever.
