3  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Flowers on: November 13, 2014 08:40:34 AM
Yesterday I dug my Fimo out from my stash,  I haven't played with it for ages and had forgotten quite how addictive it is.  I haven't baked these yet as I plan to make a few more tomorrow.  The veggies are pieces I made a few years ago.

4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Box Card on: October 30, 2014 09:54:19 AM
This morning I attended a craft session at the local library.  It felt a little strange to be a 'learner' as it is usually me that teaches at the session but I am so glad that I went.  We all made a really pretty 'box card'.  They fold flat and will easily fit into a standard envelope though you would need a 'large' stamp due to the thickness of the card.  I can see this becoming a favourite card design for me. We also made a Christmas card and the second picture shows the one that I made.  It is a very simple design but looks very effective. It was amazing to see all the different variations of both cards.

I have been playing with some leather that I have in my stash.  The bracelets are all beautfully soft and very light to wear.

9  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects / Salt dough on: January 11, 2014 05:39:56 AM
I had a little bit of salt dough left over from a project so I made this.  I have added sequins to it since taking this photo.

10  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Coin purse on: December 31, 2013 01:41:10 AM
I spent a couple of hours crocheting this little change purse yesterday.  I do have a red crystal to sew in the centre but haven't gotten around to it yet.  It will get sewn on later today if I feel like it.  The purse body is made from ring pulls from canned drinks, the lining is made from a piece of black fabric that I cut off a dress last year when I shortened it.
