1  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Mod Podge! on: May 07, 2007 07:49:02 PM
I am decapodging a really cool wooden box for my nephew, who is 5 months old. Seeing as it's going to be used in a child's room, is there something stronger than mod podge that I can use to protect it?
I was thinking about covering it in resin, has anyone tried that?

4  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Ipod Cozzies on: November 11, 2005 04:56:30 PM
I want to make my brother an ipod cozzie for Christmas. I did a search on craftster and i found some REALLY cool ones, but they are cute and girly for the most part. My brother is a college professor, so i was thinking something plainer, but still looks good.
what kind of fabric would be good? i was thinking about leather, but would that be super hard to sew, and can you even buy it?
maybe courdoroy.....
i would love some ideas if anyone has made anything like this!! thanks a lot!
