More backgrounds... (I had a LOT of really old containers of acrylic paint-we're talking YEARS old)











I'm enjoying fooling around with pigments, and may let the colors determine the direction I go next.

Thank you for your kind words...OK< I've FINALLY figured it out!!
Start with copy paper and a border punch.


Add lovely postal stamps and colors of cardstock:


And Voila!


Or...take a wonderful corner punch:


Punch out ALL the corners of a variety of sizes and colors of cardstock:


Layer the squares for color and contrast on cardstock:



Sorry to be so long in figuring this out....Old Dog, new tricks thing.

I have had more fun using a variety of papers and punches. The first card is one I made for a friend whose birthday is 4th of July.

Start with copy paper and a border punch.


Add lovely postal stamps and colors of cardstock:


And Voila!


Or...take a wonderful corner punch:


Punch out ALL the corners of a variety of sizes and colors of cardstock:


Layer the squares for color and contrast on cardstock:



Elegant and classy!
And it really Jumpstarts my desire to compose and mail all those little notes I've been putting off.
