1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: here's the 4111 on: March 26, 2007 07:54:04 PM

I really like this pattern.  I've wanted to try it for myself.  And- all sewing patterns tend to be small- Built By Wendy's especially so...

2  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Completed Projects / Re: Match Bulb Shirts! on: March 04, 2007 01:58:59 PM
I personally like the design.

I see that you're selling em for $12, yet the american apparel shirts that you printed on cost more then that...are you just not making a profit or are you somehow getting the shirts for rediculously cheap.

Can't you get American Apparel shirts for pretty cheap if you buy them in bulk?  I know they are obscenely expensive otherwise...
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Cropped shrug/hoodie *now with pattern* on: February 18, 2007 09:32:04 AM

I just started about a week ago.  I only have the back and one front side done so far though (I wish I had more time to knit!).  I'm making ming a lot longer though- I'm not a huge fan of the shrug...  I think that it might turn out too small for me though...  crap.  Oh well, I can pass it on as a gift if that happens.
4  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Murder By Death on: February 01, 2007 08:20:30 AM

I saw them in this past summer- but didn't have enough money to buy a t-shirt.  So, this was my solution.

I took the image from stencilry.  This is the first time I used the extremely DIY Silkscreen "screen in an embroidery hoop with mod podge as block" technique...  I'm pretty happy with the results.  By the hands a big chunk didn't really screen as clean as I wanted it too- but I think that it adds to the affect...  or, at least that's what I tell myself.

6  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: small collection of stenciled shirts, a bit pic heavy on: January 31, 2007 06:46:00 PM

oh jeez.  I saw Make Believe once...  the lead singer was obviously intoxicated...  it was pretty entertaining...
7  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Chunky Cable Scarf on: January 31, 2007 06:27:58 PM

I think it looks pretty damn fancy.  I just learned how to cable and I hope to make something that looks that beautiful one day!

8  Pennsylvania / Pennsylvania: Southwest / Re: November 11 - Pittsburgh - Handmade Arcade - Don't Miss It! on: November 12, 2006 06:46:51 PM

There were So Many People there.  A lot bigger than last year.  It was packed and I could hardly move.  I didn't buy much though (poor college student)

and thanks to TuffJess for hooking me up with some buttons!
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Hi. I am a mod Space Girl. May the Force Be With You... (I changed the title) on: September 23, 2006 08:19:39 PM

This is super cute!  I love it!

I made one last year.  But I think that yours looks better!
I might post a picture if I can find one...
