a KAL is a knit -a-long. a bunch of people knit the same item at the same time.the person who is in charge of the KAL sends out pieces of the pattern each week.  This one was a mystery so we didn't know what the doll would look like till the final week. it was so much fun. 

I joined a wonderful group on Ravelry which has awesome KALS. Here is one of the Mystery KALS that i did.

the hair is a wig so it's a very easy thing to do just pop on a wig lol i think i used a size 5 wig. hope this helps?

the limbs are very easy and there is a great picture tutorial that is on the blog too. you should give it a try!   

there is a great blog that has the most amazing crochet dolls and the wonderful lady who writes this blog has shared her awesome patterns on it. here is my first "Bleuette" . the pattern is very easy to follow and the dolls turn out amazing.               thanks for looking
