Thanks for the compliment, kayrun!
Holy guacamole! Megzy was my partner for this swap, and she is talented, thoughtful, and generous! I am unable to take and post photos, so I hope she does so soon, so everyone can she how amazing she really is. Here's a description of what she sent:
B-A little, white metal tin with an orange and white damsak (sp?) print on the side, and a ton of BUTTONS inside! (I love buttons!)
A-AWESOME ladybug embroidery! You'll just have to wait for photos...difficult to explain, but different, well done, and beautiful!
R-A smooshy, big, beautiful fabrics ROLL for my crochet hooks, pens, whatever! I LOVE IT! Of course it is fabrics with either orange or cherry blossoms in them, b/c that is the kind of thoughtful partner Megzy is!
B-A well made ladybug BAG! Light blue, with daisies and ladybugs! (I love bags too!)
A-ANOTHER AWESOME embroidered item! It says: 'Teaching is a gift of the heart' and the hoop is surrounded with orange ribbon!
R-A RED circular tin that made this non-squeeing woman squee when she opened it! It's filled with whimsies (I love me some whimsies!) Stamps, tons more buttons, oragami stars, and paper beads!
A-An AMAZING embroidery of what I had on my signature line here on Craftster: "The time has come, the walrus said, to talk of many things, of shoes and ships and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings." I don't know why I like that quote so much, but I do! Now I have enough hoops for a hoop wall!
AND, not only did Megzy send all that, she sent THREE gifts each for my girls, TWO for my son, and ONE for hubby! Amazing, isn't she?
?? THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Megzy!!!!!!!!!!
