I cannot wait to try my hand at knitting a bikini! I have waaaaay too many unfinished projects, and waaaaay to much yarn laying around right now, so when I finally get it all under control, I am going to reward myself by getting the stuff to make one! I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, so maybe my dream that I will one day be able to wear knitted fishnet stockings and not catch hypothermia will never be realized.  Well, I hope you enjoy the pattern!

I knit stuff to keep my knitting stuff in. It is a vicious cycle! I keep my stuff in plastic bins, knitted bags, tote bags. . . the stuff that still doesn't have a home is strewn about my dorm room to remind me that it needs to be made into something sweet. My roomate hasn't said anything, but I think she maybe be planning an intervention for me. It's a disease, I tell you!

These are interesting to  look at, but, with the exception of the plastic fish holding sweater, they don't seem very practical to me.

Are you sure you don't want to knit in rounds? I am kind of in love with double pointed needles for stuff like mittens, gloves, leg warmers and-of course- arm warmers. Also, I have arm warmers on my "to crochet" list- I am planning on doing a popcorn stitch with a smallish hook- G, maybe. I'm just saying I really think it could be done with crochetting.
