1  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Childrens hospital toys on: February 08, 2010 08:46:49 PM

This is a rough draft if you will of stuffed animals I am starting to make for a local children's hospital ( CHKD ) the fabric on the top of his head is actually stripes.  I'm making these to be dropped off at CHKD during Christmas time so they have something to make their stay there a little better.

I am curious to if any one on here knows where to find cheap fabric, buttons ( for eyes ) and stuffing.  Making all these animals will start to get a lil costly and I'm sure everyone here knows money isn't the easiest thing to come by now a days.  Or if any one knows or has a pattern of a toy, stuffed animal etc they would / could share i would deeply appreciate as will the kids I'm making these for.

thanks in advance

2  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Kids hat's on: December 21, 2009 01:55:39 AM
Saw a post of someone who made hats like these and i had to make one.. i made them for 2 lil boys my mom jus adopted from a bad home and green are there fav color so they will love these.  The were not machine done either, they were all done by hand needle and thread.  thought it would make it more special but so didnt think it would take as long as it did but they came out double secure.

4  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Ipod touch case on: December 17, 2009 08:09:14 AM
my gf had been lookin for a case for her ipod touch but there really isnt ne thing out there that she likes or as she would say "girly enough".  So.. i used spare fabric to make one.  All i did was just measure the ipod and went by that and came out fitting perfect.

(im gonna add a button but im lookin for one that will match or at least go with it and look nice)

(the strap inside this made ipod touch case is so that once the ipod is in the pouch you just have to pull the strap sewn on the inside. Once you pull the strap up the ipod comes up with it.)

6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Underwear on: December 17, 2009 12:11:14 AM
I was looking for something cute and different for my girlfriend for Christmas and well the stores are full of kinda plain things and a certain "SECRET" store all they like mainly is lace and see thru stuff.  So I just made up things instead and below are the underwear products I made.  Let me know what you think or if you have any suggestions on things I should change let me know Smiley .  The patterns i used are for them are just a cheap pait of panties and i took out the stitches.
