Thanks for the quick response.  However, I went to the grocery store to check it out and all they had was the spray starch.  Unfotunately, this is not what the girl in the show was using and I can't figure out how to turn spray starch into a fabricy thing to sew on.   Undecided

This is what she used. 

Hopefully this helps.  I am REALLY anxious to try this project.  I searched and searched the net but to no avail.  Again, any help is GREATLY appreciated.
