Hey Lisiepeasie, you're most welcome.  I'm glad you like the panta!  I love the owl plushie that you made for me too!!



In case all of you don't know, this owlie is very well-travelled.  It's been following Lisiepeasie all around the island in her car, school, home & work.  It has even accompanied her to her exams!  THANKS MUCH!!!

I came up with this idea suddenly.  It's all hand sewn, so the work's a bit rough.  Need to make a few more to perfect it thought.....

Here's my magazine bowls, with roses.

I've made 2 pots of roses for 2 girl friends.  Comments appreciated.

The pots are made the magazine bowls method, while the roses are knitted.  The rose buds are made using Hershey Kisses chocolates.

Her tutorial is just so simple and great!  I went home immediately and try on my 1st sewn project!

PS:
1) Pls dun laugh at my horrible work, I can't use the sewing machine and do a straight line!!   
2) I dunno how to change the color of the thread in the sewing machine - therefore, it's white on black background
3) I had wanted to sew beads on the cozy, but ended up tying up the ends too tightly, which made the whole thing curl up.  So I glue on star sequins instead.   

I know I already have a TP cozy for one of our toilets.  But there's just no space for me to put it, and I see that we have a long hanging bar where we hang our towels...  So I've created a TP hammock!

PS: Pls ignore the ugly orange color wall, you knw, parents always have weird taste.  I made the hammock in blue color to match the floor tiles.
