1  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: My Tardis door, living room Hogwarts Crest, and Lord of the Rings tribute. on: June 13, 2011 10:14:53 PM
I happen to be a huge fan of DW, HP and LOTR and I am insanely jealous of all these. I wish I had painting skills.

I've always wanted a Tardis door, but I don't think my parents would apprieciate me painting my door, plus its just a normal shitty wooden door so it wouldn't look as cool as yours. XD
2  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Party Planning / Re: Sailor Moon Party/Super Hero Party on: February 24, 2010 01:34:09 PM
This is an amazing idea. When I was younger, I loved Sailor Moon. I believe I was even Sailor Moon for Halloween one year. I don't really have any ideas, I haven't seen the show in ages but if I think of something I'll let you know.

(This kinda makes me want to have a Sailor Moon party, and I'm 19. Cheesy)
3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: gift bows! (yet another way to recycle magazines) tutorial added and more pics on: December 04, 2009 06:33:33 PM
I just made a bunch of these today. But I think I need to go buy more brads because I have TONS of AP (Alternative Press) magazines spanning over like 2-3 years that I could use for this. I'm not sure what I am going to do with all the bows but this is soooo addicting.  Cheesy
4  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: Finally on to the fun stuff-nursery decorating! on: December 02, 2009 11:18:15 PM
Simple, yet adorable. My bestie is having a baby, due around June/July, I'm not sure, but I might just have to make her some of those after the baby is born. And if it means anything, I love the fabric. Very vintagey. Smiley
5  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: A pod of plushie narwhals! - pattern/instructions on page 3!! on: December 02, 2009 11:07:06 PM
I love these, so cute! Narwhals are kinda awesome. I have a whale tattoo (it's cuter than it sounds, haha) and it needs to be touched up on the head a little and I was thinking of just getting a horn added. Anyways, enough with my unnecessary rambling, I love it! Bookmarking so maybe I can try it out...someday.
6  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / Re: "_____ in a box" gift ideas. on: December 02, 2009 07:41:34 PM
No one has posted here in a while, but just in case.

We always get together with my mom's friends and their kids for Christmas. The past couple years we have done it so everyone brings a present, and we go around and the first person picks one and opens it, then the next person can either steal that one or pick their own. Then it just continues and each person can either steal one or open their own.

I think the ____ in a box would be a fun and easy thing to do. The only issue is there is such a big gap in ages. From 7 to 60. Does anyone have any ideas of ______ in the box ideas that could appeal to almost any age?
