I am a bit behind ... have ideas and supplies together.  Need time minus children (work and home).  Will definitely get them done this weekend.  Outdoorish theme.

Approximately what size are we making these?  I don't remember seeing a size but I might have missed it!

My Derwent Inktense pencils got here today!  I can't wait to try them out.  My drawing skills are fairly basic but I am hopeful I can create something cool.  I am going to sneak a patch into training for work - maybe no one will notice me coloring away  Roll Eyes

I can't wait to be partnered up!  I just ordered some Inktastic watercolor pencils - those with some textile medium should be fun on these!

I received my package today!!! It is awesome!  I spent the last 15 hours traveling to and attending a leadership conference with 6 of my teen students.  I am so tired I can't think - I will post tomorrow.

Vanessa - I just found the disk that was supposed to be in the package!  I will mail it out tomorrow or Thursday.   Roll Eyes

Those are so goood!  The DC said that Vanessa's package was being delivered today.  I hope she likes what I sent.

I sent out today.  I have been battling with polymer clay - trying to get the frame right.  I've never used it before.  It is not quite what I wanted but close.  My hands are sore from trying to condition the clay - no wonder they use pasta machines.  Hope Vanessa likes the frame and pics.

I have had a nasty cold so I didn't get to go to the mounains.  Cry Maybe this weekend.  I am going to Helena, MT for our Montana State Teachers Convention.  Maybe I can talk my car pool into going around to take pics.

I am finally getting over this nasty cold that someone brought home from school.  We have 4 kids in three schools and me teaching at mine = no telling where it came from!   Tongue  I couldn't teach at all last week - on the plus side I almost have six pack abs!

I have been plotting and plotting.  I just gotta get some time to myself!

I took some shots of my DH helping the neighbor move part of a herd of horses.  My shutter speed was too slow - they are blurry.  I photo-shopped one with a watercolor filter and it looks fairly interesting.  They are moving the rest tomorrow so I will try again.

Last week we went to Bannack, a nearby ghost town, it is a state park and used to be the Montana Territorial capital.  I took some shots of the old buildings.  Unfortunately, I didn't see any of the ghosts.

We might go to the mountains this weekend.  Hurray for a  three day weekend!
