I watched Colombo reruns in high school - so Peter Falk as the Grandfather always makes me smile. Although Fezzik is my favourite from the books, hands down (unless you count William Goldman's rants? cause those are funny, too). Valerie is pretty amazing, too.

but hands down, always and forever, is Vizzini. I love everything with Wallace Shawn in it now - cartoons, cameos, I don't care.

I'll be sending this weekend - I had to finally close the box up because I'm trying to make something for a friend in Florida - and it was distracting  lol. On a side note - who else has lost the 'perfect' crafted item in their craft room? I switched rooms from downstairs and moved the DD down there ... and was SURE I had put my item "someplace safe where I wouldn't lose it and it wouldn't get broken". It is SO safe, in fact, that it's disappeared. I've gone through everything three days in a row. GRRRR.

if I didn't keep poking "just one more little thing" in the box, it would be sent ... as it is, it's looking like next weekend. Cheesy suuuper excited to send, though

Suereal - have you seen 'Reptilicus'? it's awesome!! mainly because it is PAINFULLY obvious that it's a hand puppet at the edge of a table. it cracks me up.

my favorite movie as a kid .... well, wasn't allowed to watch tv or go to the movies ... but in high school i fell in love with broadway musicals and old black and white golden age films - June 8th is 'Casablanca' day for my best friend and I. Even though we live far apart, we both try to watch at least a bit of it every June 8th.

My dd loves all the old fantasy classics that were perhaps influenced by her mother >.>   The Princess Bride, Legend, Labyrinth, Willow ... and they are my favorites too.

Our son doesn't watch movies - he watches movie production company opening scenes. I dunno why. He's gotten to the point where he is now watching 'how to' videos for creating them via youtube. I don't know how a six year old gets a lot out of some Chinese guy trying to explain the technical side of manipulating images on a two-D plane, but he really does.
