If you can see in that picture, it has two loops -- one at each end.  One is "flat", while the other is rounded.  The flat end is made for blackheads, while the other will take care of whiteheads, pimples, etc.  All you do is first: wash your face/nose with a good cleanser, then make sure to apply a lot of hot water to the affected area - this will open the pores.  Then use whichever end of the tool applies to your situation, and slowly drag/roll it over the spot.  Essentially it does the same thing as fingernail-squeezing, but a lot gentler and of course, more sanitary.  You can just store the tool in a bottle of alcohol, or clean it each time.

I heard that you can also use a bobby pin but since i don't have any where can you get that for cheap? i search on sephora and they are like $16
