4  CANADA / Ontario / Toronto Craft Fairs on: October 22, 2006 09:30:13 AM
I was thinking of entering a few craft fairs this winter but have no idea where to look. I make kinda cutesy stuffed animals (cherrymix.com). Does anyone have any suggestion of ones I could enter?

Thanks.
5  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Happy Marshmellows on: September 10, 2006 03:02:09 PM

2 inch marshmellows. Soooooo easy to make. Felt and acrylic paint for the face.

Update- Aug 2007
The tutorial is here:  http://www.cherrymix.com/marshmallowpattern.jpg
It's older and I'm thinking the long piece might be a few mm too wide. If anyone decide to make one can you let me know if they look proportional? The piece it definatly too long just because I know sewing around a circle can be stressful.

I don't recomend anyone sew with canvas. My fingers are still sore.

10  CANADA / Ontario / Toronto Craft Fair. on: July 29, 2005 01:46:03 PM
Hey there. After some heated arguments, the xpace gallery decided not to leave space for an art market (after saying many times they would). So I suppose it's too late to try and organize something for this summer.

Do people have any suggestions for venues that would be popular for a Christmas show? We need somewhere central and busy.
