Just a simple little baby blanket.  It's V stitch separated by two columns of front post dc; I found the pattern in a book and liked the pattern but hated the edging - it was all floofy and ruffly.  So I came up with my own!  The final row is crab stitch, which I heart.  I'm going to edge everything in crab stitch from now own.

I got this yarn in the 50% off bin; it's Rowan cotton.  There wasn't enough to make much besides a tiny top, so I just stitched until it looked right.  I did the band in tapestry moss stitch (reverse sc on alternate rows), and then decreased with sc on the cups.  It just ties in back, although I'll probably add buttons, because the ties are a little short.  Alas, not enough yarn to make a bottom.
