11  The Sultan of Agrabah in Costumes: Completed Projects by Juliana13 on: March 14, 2011 02:11:12 PM
here is my first attempt at making a costume  Tongue my son was in the school play Aladdin jr. He played the Sultan. I did cheat a bit in certain areas, for example I bought a cumber bun at a second hand store and just covered it with the gold material. But my son was happy and that's what matters. c & c welcome, goodness knows he'll be having me make more as time goes by.  Cheesy

12  house brownie in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Juliana13 on: March 14, 2011 01:42:41 PM
I found a cool new bead store near my place this past weekend that sells face beads! So naturally I had to try to make a new bead buddy and this is what I ended up with. Behold my new friend, she has yet to tell me her name but I see her a a Brownie-Elf-Sprit type girl, kind of like a house brownie, she's full of character and spunk. She stands 2 inches tall and I have her on a necklace. Can't wait to see what she does fist.

here's a close up of her two, yes I said two faces.

14  Re: One Tiny Supernatural Thing Swap - Valentines Day Edition : Gallery in The Swap Gallery by Juliana13 on: January 28, 2011 06:41:30 PM
Honeybeee has informed me that she is has left before her package arrived  Sad her landlord told her it is there but she will not be back for a week so she asked me to post pics for her which means all of you get to see what she got before she does, poor girl.
honeybee is a first time swapper. i remember that feeling! the excitement, the dread, the "what if" feeling. I must admit while making her gift I had to force myself to stop before it became a "One Big Supernatural Thing" lol. But let me tell you as a first time swapper, I couldn't ask for a better partner! I think I got spoiled too! So inspired by her wists for both the card and the gift itself, here is what I sent her. Oh, and as I said in my post before, we talked about boxing too.

inside the card I wrote the quote "My superiors have decided I've become too close to my charges and starting to show emotions" Please be my Valentine.
I hope she likes it!

Cas doll is so cute! and the book is neat! and speaking of books...I got my package today from Honeybeee!!!! I got spoiled from Dean ('cause he loves me lol)

the front of my card is old school back and forth paper fold pop up heart and the inside in plain and simple "happy valentines day" and then little Dean wit added "nice card eh?" my journal just happens to be two of my favourite colours, wood cover front and back with hand sewn pages. on the inside it says "For all your supernatural notes. Dean" The symbol Honeybeee painted I can't remember off hand what it was used for but I know as soon as I am done writing this I'll rememberr lol. Honeybeee and I were talking about how we like that in other swaps everything in neat little packages and so all of mine came in a nice plastic canvas black and purple supernatural tatoo box just for me! squeeee!!!  Cheesy Thanks Honeybeee  Kiss

I have these I could send ya if you think they would help

sorry for the blurriness, camera decided today to have issues.
As for the time turner...polymer clay, can't help ya, it's on my to learn list, lol. But I do have a tiny glass bottle with a stopper that you could put salt in and glue the stopper in and paint the ends gold. I know it's in the craft cave somewhere in a clear container with a blue lid. now i just have to find it. would that help?

Ok, here she is finally! Cheesy  I would like to introduce you to my first poppet! Ive only been working on her on and off since the summer but over the last few days I now have her completely done!
With a few minor oopses along the way, other than that, shes purfect! She cant stand up on her own, one leg is a little longer than the other. I sewed the tail a little too high up and thought I could live with it, today she had a tail-ectomy. I lost the eye I ordered for her, so I took the easy way out and just drew on two circles. So without further ado, her she is my very first ever poppet.....(she has no name)

thanks for looking!

19  Alice in Wonderland Bracelet in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Juliana13 on: January 17, 2011 01:53:59 PM
Well it's been a while since I posted something up here I almost forgot how! Tongue Here is a bracelet inspired by Alice in Wonderland, a story I have loved since I was a child.
The chain is black because that is one of my favourite colours and when I saw it in the store with the inner chain I couldn't pass it up. Also because I think when she falls down the rabbit hole there is a bit a blackness due to knowning, there is actually a lot of that in the story. As well with the weaving of the inner chain, I feel Alice is a story within a story.
There are 12 charms on this bracelet: Alice of course, the white rabbit, the mad hatter's hat, cards, a knight chess piece, the cheshire cat, a mushroom, a heart, a crown, a key, a queen chess piece, and a tea cup.
Thanks for looking! comments, good and bad welcome...anything to help me better my skills  Cheesy

Cheesy I am a huge Wizard Of Oz fan and this showed up at my house at 11pm Chrsitmas Eve (my Bday is Dec.25) It was so yummy and full of suprises!

the top is a ring pop! surounded with those little chocolate cake rolls Mmmmm

the city lifts off to reviel a basement of baked goodness surrounded by rice crispy goodness!

This Lady is so talented she really should stop being a nurse and just create cakes!
