3  Beam me up captain in Costumes: Completed Projects by wetkiss on: January 17, 2010 06:59:33 PM
I made this outfit for a convention that I went to a few months ago a brought it out this last weekend for an other one. I made the dress out of an over sized men t-shirt and then some scrap black material. And then I made the badge using this tutorial from instructables.

I get the idea for the shirt and made some modifications to it form GiannyL on youtube.

4  the first of many in Crochet: Completed Projects by wetkiss on: January 16, 2010 02:10:25 PM
I finally learned how to crochet after knowing how to knit for years and always wanting to learn. I was going to make a hat, then an ear warmer, and then a head band. I twisted it on my second time around so it wouldn't make a very good hat and then I thought ear warmer but my lack of patience and growing announce I settled for a head band.

And now a close up view of it.

This is the first thing I have ever crocheted but I have a feeling it will not be the last thing that comes off my hooked needles. Thanks for looking and tell me what you think.

I made this for a random red shirt costume that I made for an upcoming convention. My first attempt was bad and I have gotten better this is my current one. I hope to remake it at some point just to make it better you can always make things better. I got the tutorial off of Instructables and here is the link to the tutorial.

6  unfit method of birth control in Knitting: Completed Projects by wetkiss on: January 14, 2010 08:12:10 PM
well I saw a knitted condom on an instructables slide show and I couldn't help my self. I learned how to use double sided needles and I made some thing fun. My boyfriends only responce was "Why?" That just being a silly question with an easy answer because I can.

I'm thinking of putting a face on him just for fun, and making some more. (because I can)
