The square knot? Was it supposed to be straight? If it was and it came out swirly then you probably didn't alternate which string you started the knot with. If this makes any sense, I'm glad I could help. If not.... I'l try to explain it again. Roll Eyes

I know ther's places on line w/ tutorials, but I don't think I would be able to describe it; with the different strings and knots. It's a lot easier than it sounds once you get used to it! Wink

I have the above Hippie Hemp Secrets book and it's awesome! I got it from my local bead store (Beadifferent) and here are some of the necklaces I've made:


disregard the last few, they're not that complicated, but they're still pretty!

Yeah, first post!! Anyway, I got beads for Christmas, so how could I not make necklaces? Grin Here we go:



The first one was my very first attempt at pretzel knots, so don't make fun of me!  Wink

And lastly: straw bracelets. Awesome!
